From the Jamaica Observer:
MONTEGO BAY, St James - Giovanni Cutugno, the captain of Carnival Magic, the largest vessel of the Carnival Cruise Lines is urging the Port Authority of Jamaica (PAJ) to undertake the necessary works at the Montego Bay port in a bid to make it more accessible to large vessels.
Apparently , the ship was over an hour late arriving at the dock yesterday, due difficulties posed by high winds and a "less than desirable" channel to the ship berthing area.
And if anyone is worried about safety, it is the captains. Great job in putting safety first!
Question, is the new port at Fallmouth strictly a RCL port? I heard somewhere that others were going to dock there.
