    Montego Bay no problem mon.

Just returned from a cruise on the Liberty of the Seas and went ashore in Montego Bay. Took the Mo Bay shuttle and never had any problems. It stops at Craftsmans market, City Center , Margarita Ville and Doctor's Cave Beach. Runs every 15 or 20 minutes or so. One price and can ride all day. Get on and off when you want. Didn't run into any trouble. Just stay with the crowd and don't venture off on side streets by yourself. Doctor's Cave beach has security walking around all the time so feel pretty safe. Admission to beach was $5 each as I recall. Nice beach. And.... Don't forget to pick up some of the Jablum coffee. You will have to go to Center City to get it but it is worth the effort.

Thanks Barry, for the good information. I know alot of people are a little nervous about this port.

Getting the Jablum coffee was the main thing I wanted to accomplish going to Jamaica. Rationing it out so it doesn't get used up too quickly. The others don't taste so good after you have the Jablum.

We did the shuttle as well and somehow someone talked the driver into dropping us all off at the pork pit. YUM. It was one of my goals, but I didn't want to walk there, but then we walked from Pork Pit to margaritaville, ugh, what a hassle. Street vendors wouldn't leave us alone. It kinda sucked. We even had the offer of the local vegetation, we politely declined and that was the easiest sale to refuse, no more hassle. But those darn bracelet people wouldn't go away.

Love the coffee. Drank a full pot this morning between two of us and not sure if we can go back to basics.
