The second annual Friends of the Fairhope Library Chocolate & Champagne Fantasy is set for Feb. 7, and the Friends are getting an early start on fundraising this year with a raffle.

Tickets are on sale now for a six-night cruise for two on the inaugural cruise of the Carnival Fantasy, sailing from Mobile on Nov. 10. Raffle tickets are $5 each or five for $20, said Mary Gregg, chairperson for the raffle and for Chocolate & Champagne Fan tasy silent auction


"We are very excited about having this special cruise to raffle off this year," Gregg said. "We thank CruiseAway in Robertsdale for helping us arrange a cruise onboard the Fantasy for our Chocolate & Champagne Fantasy. It's a perfect fit."

The Fantasy will sail from Mobile to Mexican ports of Cozumel, Progreso and Costa Maya.
Raffle tickets are available from Friends board members, at the Friends' bookstore in the lobby of the Fairhope Public Library, and at various other locations. Tickets will be sold through Feb. 7, and the drawing for the cruise will be held that night at the Chocolate & Champagne Fantasy. The winner does not have to be present to win.
