    They just began moving the truck... it's being moved by Boder Security agents to another location within the port

    With those 6 ships in port you have 17,000 pax based on double occupany, and on top of that crews, staff and port employees......

    To osay nothing of the fact that Miami is a vry busy port in terms of CARGO, as well.. lots of people / vehicles coming and going loading / unloading and massive numbers of containers carrying who knows what...

    Actually, the two Middle Eastern men found in the truck's cab are in the US legally. This smells fishy to me.

    I think she meant illegal in respects to port authorization. Note that the 911 bombers were also in the country legally, so neither makes a difference to me when someone is trying to break into a port.
