Hello fellow Lizard! You just need to know WHO to ask!

I rode with Randi's Happy Horses in April of '04. Had the time of my life. Randi is from the US originally, but prefers the simpler life... can you blame her ...
The ride was great, thru the orchards and then the beach appears before you. All I can say is WOW! You ride on Stone Island. She picks you up from the cruise terminal and takes you to the island, just a few minutes away. When she was taking "roll call" to see if all of her riders were there.... imagine my surprise when she yelled out "mohavemommmy!"... since I had reserved under my "non-web" name!

At the end of the ride on the beach you are at Victor's, a restauraunt on the beach that sells the most fresh shrimp I have ever tasted. Randi buys the first round of drinks and you are responsible from there. Was really nice to kick off the shoes and just rub my feet in the sand as I ate garlic shrimp and watched the kids on the beach. She then provides transportation back to the ship. She will also give you advice on shopping.

I have pics posted from my ride with Randi on webshots here:

A group of us "on that other board", have scheduled a day long tour with Mazaltan Frank. It appears that he is quite legitimate. We have 34 or 35 currently with the tour . . . no money has been requested from Frank as of yet. Others on "that board" praise him.

Which date will you be in Mazaltan?

We know that feeling.........Rena and I were mentioning yesterday that it has only been 90 days since our Hawaii cruise but it feels like a year! We are really looking forward to this one...........

You are going the week after we do.............if I have a chance, I'll post from the Vision after we have our tour with Frank and let you know how his services are.

Jim
