Thread: Which is better, cruising or land visit to Mexico?

I need some Mexican travelers expert opinions. I have never been to Cozumel or Cancun, but I plan to probably in 2006. Would you recommend a short cruise or a land vacation for the first visit? Is there so much to see and do in any one location that I'll wish I had more time...or is it the kind of place you want to spend a little time here and a little time there with the cruise?

My thought is neither are better...........they are different types of vacations and I enjoyed both of them.........we like cruising better no matter what the destination.........but land vacations anywhere certainly are fun and are different in nature.

I think I would like to cruise first then go back if I wanted to
