Thread: Shorex - Puerto Vallarta Tequilla Tour Ripoff report

How do I get the attention of someone at Carnival Cruise lines regarding the ripoff Tequilla Tour in Puerto Vallarta that I booked aboard the Carnival Pride - it was bascially a the HARD SELL to buy over priced Tequilla and stops at a jewerly store for the HARD SELL to buy EXPENSIVE silver jewlery so that the tour guide could get a KICK BACK from his merhcant buddies. I plan on posting this to alert others about this

Unfortunately, those kind of tours will have the hard sell. Did you complain on the ship after you got back on board? What did they say?

The excursion desk was closed - the issue is that non of the so called excursion brochure itinearary was followed - just went to a stupid bar/resturant and then to some stupid silver ring shop that was paying kickbacks to the tour guide I am sure.

You should have turned in a letter to the shore es]=xcursion office as well as to the guest relations manager.
