Hi... I am hoping someone can help us out. We received an email address from a tour guide in Acapulco....... we followed up and we are considering a tour with him. He comes highly recommended in other boards but I wanted to do some more research on this person... Any help would be greatly appreciated....his name is Rodolfo "Rudy" Fregoso his company or the company he works for is TourByVan Acapulco.

I'm not sure how much I can help you, but I thought I'd just pop in and tell you that I have booked our tour with him for our upcoming cruise. All of his emails are professional and friendly. He, along with all his guides, are licensed & insured and he has proven that to me. He's taking us to the places that we want to visit and his price was very reasonable. He offers a lot of different options as far as tours go, but we chose a city tour. I feel comfortable....and excited....that we booked with him.

When were you planning on being in Acapulco? I'll be happy to let you know about our experience when we return, but that won't be until the first part of November.

IMO, take the port approved cabs, no reservations needed and they charge $25 USD per person, you just walk up to the Transport Services canopy and wait for other to share a tour.
