What's the weather normally like mid-February thru mid-March?

My second time on a MR cruise was in mid-February and once we got past Cabo, the temperatures warmed up to the high 70s, low 80s. Your first day or two may be on the cool side (50s-70s) and could be rainy. Last day too.

We have been on the MR cruises 7 or 8 times. It is only 6 or 4 hour drive for us to get to San Deigo or Long Beach piers.

We do a spur of the moment cruise once in a while and just call and go.

Anyway, Cabo will be high 70s to high 80s depending on fronts and clouds. If it is raining then high 60s and low 70s.

South of Cabo the weather improves quickly and 80s and even low 90s can be found on sunny days.

Feb and March are not rainy season months.

If you like the "active" tours like ATVs or Zip lines and such this would be a perfect time to do those things!! It can get very hot later in the year.

The water from Cabo up to the border will be a very rough ride almost every time!! The prevailing wind blows from the Northwest towards the Southeast and makes some impressive wave action. This means a tail wind going down and being outside on the decks is great. Coming home you will spend the last sea day packing and walking around inside the ship!!

We were there Valentine's week last year and it was very warm in Acapulco, but pleasantly warm everywhere else.

The only places we've been on the Pacific side were land trips in April/May to the Baja and also Acapulco.

Glad to know we can expect warm weather from Acapulco ...south ..... from mid February thru mid March!
