Thanks to all and a Happy Holiday season. My name may have changed on this board but it is still me!
If anybody new has any questions about Stone Island just post here and I will be glad to help even with instructions on how to get there by yourselves. It's easy.

More fun going with Randi but you can do it. It is rustic so don't expcet lots of frills but Victor's has the best food

Hope to hear from some of you first timers and others on how to get to the Island.

We've planned to do the Stone Island excursion through the ship when we stop in April, and I've looked around quite a bit online as far as activities (ours will probably running back and forth between the beach and bar), but I was wondering if you could give me some insight on the food situation. I only ask because I'm a diabetic and will need to bring insulin with me, so I wanted to try and figure out what kind of food was available. Thanks!

Sorry I don't know much about that so bring what you would like to eat. Victor's has no problem with that and you can go from there.
I know this is not much help but I hope it is some help.
