Hello fellow cruisers! Thanks to Mazatlan Frank I have found this site. We will be on the Dawn Princess and in Maz. on Thursday, Oct. 6, 2005 and we are looking for others interested in doing Frank's highly acclaimed and recommended Colonial Countryside tour. The 6 hour $50 tour includes a visit to a brickyard, tile and furniture factories, bakery and lunch, complete with homemade coconut cream pie! Welcome aboard Mrs Jones. Just a small correction, the Colonial does not go to Copala and there is no pie sorry. The one you are mentioning would be the Sierra Madre tour and it is $60us per person including a little City tour on the way back. With no short City tour it is $50 us per person. And by the way, that Banana Coconut cream pie is EXCELLENT!

We are quite excited in Mazatlan because the cruiseship season is about to start in a couple of weeks. We start off with the Dawn Princess then the vision of the seas and the next day the Carnival Pride. After that there are so many ships coming in, so we are getting very busy, and we are not complaining! hahahaha

So those coming on the ships that might have questions, please ask! See you soon!

I am also looking forward in meeting you amigo! Things seem to be very good for this coming season. Apart from all the cruiseships coming in, we are getting extra charter and commercial flights. Delta will start flying down after 10 years of abscense in Mazatlan, from Salt Lake City starting December 05. So we are going to have a lot of people coming to my beautiful City. Boy, we needed it because the past 2 years have been quite slow...............

My sister in law is married and lives in Reno. She wants to send a suitcase with cloths to my wife. By any chance, does anyone live there, plan to come to Mazatlan and can bring this suitcase down to me? I know this is asking quite a bit, but if she ships it, it might get "lost" somewhere. Just checking anyways, gracias!

Frank, sorry, we are in Tucson, but not so far from Reno. If she wants to ship the clothes to us, we could bring them with us....we are a good 8 or so hour drive from Reno, but it may not cost her so much to ship them to us. Let me know if that is an option. We are on the 10/23 Vision cruise, we are with Randi, but she referred us to you and Isujim and friends on our same cruise have booked with you. Let me know if we can be of help.....
