The weather in March can be very nice but can also be windy. There is a saying in spanish:

Febrero loco y Marzo otro poco (february is crazy and march a little more)

If you are in Mazatlan, you might want to purchase silver jewelry. You will see a lot but watch out because many vendors on the street or beach try to sell you silver when it is Alpaca. This is plated. Shines very nice buy after 2 or 3 days it will change colors and so will your skin. We would tell people before to check the stamps (.925) but now they put the stamp on also.
What I recommend is that you go to a reputable store and you will find good quality. Among others stores, we have Michaels Gallery, Silver Rain, Cielito Lindo and others.

No doubt! I think we lucked out when we were in Cozumel. We found a store that wasn't advertised! The only thing I have learned for sure in cruising is to avoid stores that are recommended by the ship.

It is quite fortuitous that you posted that as I was going to ask if anyone was familiar with bartering in Mexico. It seemed to be a way of life in Cozumel.

Which port, Cabo, Mazatlan or Puerto Vallarta has the best parasailing.

Where exact;y is the NCL port in LA?

I am not sure which port has the best but in Mazatlan it can be between 30 and 35us per ride. I am not sure in the other ports. I imagine that in cabo it is more because Cabo is the most expensive port of the 3.
About your other question, sorry but I would not know.
