I am sorry that I have been quite inactive, but I have been so busy these past months and I get home, to answer around 20-25 emails and I just fall asleep sometimes. I am very sorry to not answer many questions here, but I will try to be active again, now that the season begins to slow down. By the way, this is not a complaint! It is great to be busy!

It has been a while since I have written anything, but first I was busy working (which is a great thing!) And now I have been relaxing, which is nice also.
Supermarkets in Mazatlan
We have a big mall called La gran Plaza. There you will find a big Supermarket called Mega Comercial, as well as Fabricas de Francia, which is a nice department store (like Macys or JC Penny). Also there are around a 100 shops including a Sanborns, which is very nice. The best part, air conditioning in the whole mall!
Next to La Gran Plaza is Sams Club (familiar?)
Also we have in another area a Walmart Supercenter, not by the ship like in Vallarta. Close to the Bull ring is Gigante supermarket, next to it are some Movie Cinemas and also the Office Depot. Across the street from Gigante, they are building a Home Depot.
We also have 2 Sorianas (not by the Golden zone) and I read in the paper that they just bought 20 hectars of Land to make a big shopping mall by the New Marina Mazatlan.
We have 4 Leys, which are also quite big.
So, we are quite complete and at these places you can find almost everything, from batteries, to food and furniture.
