My experience has been that November through April are the best months for the MR.
I'd avoid June through September as it is just too hot.

hope November will be warm enough, I love it hot and want to be able to go in the water and not be cold!! don't like it humid just like in the 80's, heard that Mexico is not as nice or as blue as the Caribbean but somewhere different to go to and try

Have been in Mexico in December and April both times the weather was good.
The port we love is PV. This year going on the 9 day
Carnival so different ports.
Cabo would be my least favorite very expensive and prices go up each time I go there.
