Are there any particular cabs to look for...........the ones government sponsored? Any identifying marks.......red cab, yellow cab etc.........are they safe and how much will they negotiate?

Thanks

Jim

I don't think the cabs are a problem there, Jim. It's a really small area. We walked clear out to a hotel we wanted to check out (didn't realize it was as far as it was.) and still had plenty of time to walk back and see everything we wanted to. And grind a jeweler WAY down on a solid gold cruise ship charm. When I took it to the jeweler I go, they could not believe I got such a deal, they said they couldn't buy it for that. They weren't stroking me, they asked where I'd gotten it. I'm a pretty good haggler.......might be from when I was in the biz

Chudley, have you stayed at a resort for a day while down there? And which one did you like the best? We've been to the Whale Watcher's Bar at the Finisterra and enjoyed that, think we may want to hang out at a resort's pool for part of the day....

You might want to look at http://jtwatersports.com . I haven't used them yet, but have heard good things about them.

Hi dobie, no we didn't stay anywhere just wandered pretty far out and saw alot of them. I'm sure you could probably walk right in one and have lunch or drinks and use their facilities. I'm not sure but you could probably book it through the ship but before you do, talk to the crew. They always know the best places to go and for how much. Cabo is a very safe area, in my opinion

There are plenty of tours offered soon as you tender in. Going out to Lands End is a blast. For a little excitement for Rock fans, Sammy Hagar owns the "Cabo Wabo Cantina" in town and its walking distance! Its my favorite place to go eat and see the club.

Question Land's End

Can someone help me out with some more info about "Land's End"
Is this a land tour or boat tour? How long is it? Cost?
Should it be pre-booked? If so which tour co.? Recommended?? Thanks, Jacqui
