Question When in Maxatlan... Horseback riding advice sought

I am visiting Mazatlan later this year. This will be the second time we have been there. Last time we rode with Randi and enjoyed it. My only concern was that the tour had quite a few people and I felt that maybe my son was placed on a horse that was not the best suited for him. It was his first time riding and was not able to keep the horse from doing its own thing. Nothing happened, but I can't help but think that it could have the way the horse was trying to do its best to go faster than the other horses. That being said, we did really enjoy the ride.

I am wondering if we had chosen a different ride with maybe fewer people if it would be better. Maybe if I had just been more vocal about my concerns, but since the ride had already begun so who was I to voice them to.

I'm looking for opinions as to what I should do.

Life is not measured by the number of breaths we take, but by the moments that take our breath away.

    Cool Ride Randi

I rode Randi twice. ..1st was a larger group last December only 6 riders. I would e-mail Randi with your concerns and then remind her at the dock so she can radio ahead...Lunch at Victor's on the beach is just the best and not to be missed...Coconut Shrimp and Garlic Shrimp are my Favs.. .
