Those are great pictures Like everything in Mexico they work on Mexico time. It still could be several month before this is open. I had originally heard that the Oosterdam could get the pier on Wednesdays but I am hearing now that most likely the Carnival Pride would get it on Wednesdays when it is complete.

Nice pictures John. Looks like not much has been done since you or I were there last.
I did not tender when we were in PV 2nd of November, we were docked next to the shopping area, but work was being done on the new docks at that time. Like someone else said, appears things are running on Mexico time.
