Does anyone have an update on the new Cruise Ship Terminal in Puerto Vallarta?

Although I found no target date for completion in the article, it DID say the project is ON SCHEDULE.
Here's some excerpts from the above article:
At present, the Maritime Terminal has two docks, capable of handling ships of up to 300 and 250 meters long (984 and 820 feet) respectively. the expansion of Puerto Vallarta’s Maritime Terminal, a gargantuan project full of technical and logistical challenges involving hundreds of workers and specialists, was begun in September 2005 and is expected to be completed this coming November.
I know it will be in November but what year??![]()
