Bummer bout vacation! You so need it. I can't believe you have 30 more days available. Well, have a great vacation when you end up making it somewhere. Dont you hate when that happens. And ha ha on when you boss comes out! So will I be receiving a call late? Haaaaa! Send the jet and pick me up for vacation, k!
I didnt mind going to your office when you had to work. Or should I say "work"!

You can't even start to imagine, good thing this job has it's perks...get to meet so many wonderful and interesting people. I come to work in cargo pants and 1 week dirty unshaved look or some days I just call in a "lazy day"......
"Yeah boss, don't really feel like going to work today, if you need anything gimme a call"

Too bad I can't call in lazy days on cruise ship days.

Right now, I have a ton of paperwork I need to catch up on; had planned to push papers upon my return and procrastinated for the last week or so. Then an over night trip to Mexico City, darn Murphy's law. It's a constant, every time I plan a vacation, something important pops up. Good thing I wasn't in Mazatlan when I got notice.

Nahh, probably Murphy's Law; its happened to me before so many times, I try not to make plans untill the very last minute.

So, on thursday, I'll decide if i do the road trip or just work out and soak some sun rays. I'm unevenly tanned and know a great virgin beach for skinny dipping and get a complete tan.

Hope not, although i have bad news...instead of one day, it will be a 3 day audit

So my vacations are pulled back a bit more; I had lunch with the auditors and they told me that no one has passed the audit in the first run. and it's gonna be three, 8 hour shifts of reviewing paperwork, answering questions and preparing for an aneurism.

So if you guys find a Operations Manager Wanted in Acapulco Ad, that means either that I passed away or was fired for having too much fun.

I'm in the middle of the audit, and let me tell, ya... it's been very tough, already have 2 big non-conformities and 3 observations.

The good thing is that 99.99 percent of the ports are in the same condition I am, since this new to all of us; we'll get about 3 months to make the necessary fixes.

Added to a big name car manfacturer cut throat meeting in the early morning.

I hope to finish this slaughter tomorrow by noon.

Yet I do see the light at the end of the tunnel.
