Thanks for the great advice Roberto!! I shared it with my group, so they can be aware too.
How long did you stay in PV? And did you go by yourself or with some friends? What'd you do while you were there? Wish you would have been there the week we are so we could PARTY!!!
I'm sorry that Paulina turned out to be crazy because she seemed like such a fun and nice woman. But I guess there was much more underneath than any of us saw. If she is mentally unstable, it is best that she is not in your life in any capacity.
So are now you playing the field or just looking for the right one? I saw a lot of pretty women down there, so you should be able to find at least one good one.
Glad to hear all is well with you. Anytime you are on the board, stop in on our Ruby Princess Nov 4, 2009 group site and say hello. Hey, maybe you would even like to join all us party animals for a fun filled 10 nights!!!
Hugs,
Janice
You know me always playing the field, yesterday I had lunch with a new prospect (Liz) on the cruise ship, we had a blast.
We went on work/vacation related week; stayed at the Marriot near the Marina, did the Canopy lines, tried to take the pirate ship but no one else wanted to go, went out for drinks at Zoo, HRC, Carlos o Brians, Sr Frogs, dinner at Destillerias, and another Mexican food place that was very good and cheap located in front of the arches and at state sponsered events at the hotel.
Tried to party but, most of the people where very shy, boring, or insert your own adjetive, went to a strip club to see if they where more fun and to my amazement, no.
Tonight a good friend is taking me to Salsa dancing lessons to introduce another friend, last time she set me up on a blind date and it was the most hilarious (not in the good way) date I ever had. She was so tense the entire time and when she finally relaxed, our mutual friend went to the ladies room and again, stiff as a board; it was funny when she wanted to go out again. (How about no)
On saturday I will try once more to go to Becco al Mare, a very romantic italian restaurant; still not sure with whom, but, will try again with Liz.
Too bad the Ruby isn't calling Acapulco or we could have a lot of fun, I already used my month's vacation and only have a couple of days available, unless, hmmmm some one kidnaps me "wink,, wink"

Hi Roberto,
So tell me how you met Liz. What does she do? I would ask if she is pretty but she would have to be if you took her out.
Your week in PV sounds like an action packed time but sorry you were with a bunch of duds. You know if the pirates were with you, we could have torn that town up!!!
Salsa dancing lessons sounds like a good time and hopefully this blind date will be a lot more lively than the last one. If she just talks, it would probably be an improvement!!!
Our Ruby cruise isn't until NEXT year, so you will have more vacation time by then. And wouldn't you love to go to the Caribbean and see some exotic ports? Not to mention all the hot chicks that would be there? Think about it because we would love to have you join us.
Liz is cute as a button, a great smile and nice personality, works as a paralegal with Paulina (psycho babe). I invited her to a get together lunch and she was on her way to her parents home town an hour away, so, stil hoping we can get together in the near future.
I will look into the Ruby cruise, I planned on driving to Puebla, Chiapas, Mayan Riviera, Veracruz and then home; a one month ordeal with a friend from Cozumel. Kinda like back packing but getting to see most of Mexico's rich culture and aweseom sights. I'll check my schedule and wallet.
Thursday's Salsa lessons was fun, althuogh I will never accpet a blind date from my good friend ever again, she was nice, but, my friend has terrible taste in guys and now I know women too. LOL, after the lessons we went to dinner at a hot dog stand, they where good.
Next day went to Zibu, a new Thai/Mexican restaurant, very exclusive place and expensive. it was sooooo good, I posted a review. Loved the coconut soup, the grilled sea bass in almonds and the jungle surprise desert. Very easy to do and a great desert option; you slice carrots, thin slices, deep fry them, place a big scoop of vanilla ice cream in the bowl, cover with the fried carrot strips and then cover in Cajeta (burned milk) to die for and looking forward to repeating again.
Yesterday I had brunch with a group of good friends, story is that 2 weks ago a fisher boat gave me a 12 Kg red snapper, had no idea what to do with the darn thing and then I called a few buddies, one who has a walk in freezer.
Yesterday, we all started calling mutual friends; some brought beer, others desert and we had the owner of the house, grill the red snapper in a special red sauce (the one they use for a la Talla at Barra Vieja). There where 10 adults and 6 children, there was enough fish left to take home. I took a few pictures of the fish, cause i had never seen a red snapper so big.
On Wednesday we're gonna have the head of the animal made in soup and get together again.
I am currently in my office, hepled bring in a cargo ship and waiting for the cruise ship to arrive.

Hi Rumberto,
So anything new to report with Liz? Are you sure you still want to take her out if she works with Paulina?
If it fits into your schedule, we really hope you can join us on the Ruby. 10 glorious night on the ship, exotic Caribbean ports, and lots of fun with the Spirit group. What more could you ask for!!!
So was the salsa lesson a one time thing or is it a set of lessons? I'm am sure you dazzled the hot women with your smooth moves. Too bad your friend has such terrible taste in women.
Dinner at Zibu sounds like it was great and that dessert sounds amazing!! What does the word "Zibu" mean?
And that brunch sounds like it was a fun time. I always love getting together with friends for things like that. You have to post a picture of that snapper because it had to be one HUGE fish to feed that many people and still have leftovers!!

The BD girl
Regardig Liz, we have been going out with her daughter, went for lunch on a cruise ship, a day at the park and call each other a couple of times a day, last time we went for dinner at 100% natural and I held her hand when driving back to her place and told her I nejoyed spending time with her and she replied that she did too, so, taking it easy this time. I called her a few days ago and Paulina was there, when she found out we where talking she started acting uo like a 4 yo and started screaming and shouting, laughing for LULZ, I told Liz to try to ignore her. Crazy Pau offered to babysit for last night's party, but, I asked Liz to try find some one else. She decided to stay with her daughter, and I went with 2 great friends.
I am going to Panama on November 17th to the 22nd for a seminar in Colon.
The salsa lessons are pay as you go, they where fun, but, I have been busy.
Fish pic is coming tomorrow, i have it in my office computer.
I am at home chilling watching Grey's Anatomy online, I love that show.
