LOL, just finished a 3 hour presentation and I am beat, didn't help talking all day long; now got a head ache and will be heading out to dinner in a few minutes. Good news a friend called me for drinks after dinner, she wants for me to meet a "friend". So here we go again, drinks and dance at a cuban bar.
I'd take all of you girls if you where here in Acapulco, you gals are the best.

Hi Roberto.
Love your posts. Will be in town in 17 days on the Spirit.
Would like to know of a good beach with jet ski rentals
and are able to swim in? How much should they rent for?
Also, a romantic place for dinner with a great view but not
to overpriced maybe around $30 a person?
Thanks Roberto can't wait to get their. : high5::h igh5:

Watch out for the wave runner rental people, make sure the machine is good operating conditions; I have been present when they try to con tourists into paying "damaged" wave ruuners, make sure they have a contract and ask questions before hopping on.
You can go to either the beach at the Hyatt Hotel or CICI water park, both have water sport activiies. Not sure about the price, IU think it's about 50 USD per hour (barter)
As for dinner, go to "El Zorrito" Mexican food, great prices and good quality food, not romantic. For romantic you will spend about 70 - 100USD per person, if so, try Su Casa, awesome Margaritas.
Another place that might interst you is the 100% Natural restaurant located about 1 block east bond from the pier, nice little pier (always full so you might haveto wait for a nice table) and prices are under 30USD per person, I had dinner last week wth a froend and it cost me about 35 USD for a small salad, fish platter, and 1 fruit drink (I have a 15% off card so it could have cost a bit more.)

Hi Roberto!! Long time, no talk to. How's things down in beautiful Acapulco? Any new hotties to tell me about?
Willie and I are taking our sons (18 and 20) on the Pride on Nov 2nd and were thinking about renting wave runners in Cabo. What type of questions should I ask and how do we know if they are in good operating condition? Also what should I look out for on the contract? Any advice you can give me would be very helpful.
I've been pretty busy at work, went to Vallarta a month ago, had a blast. No luck on the other front, the girl you guys met went Kooku in the head; not considered my friend anymore due to to her mental instability (Long story)
Today a few friends and I will have dinner at El Olvido, going this thursday with another friend for a work related dinner and Saturday to a dress up fancy place with an old flame.
Regarding the wave runner rentals, you can almost inmediately know if it works or not, it should be able to float farily easy with 2 people on board, if it's bobbles too much it probably has water and not safe for riding. There should be a kill switch bracelet, so if you fall off it doesn't go off into the sunset, ask for a small practice run to check the engine is working properly, it should be a steady flow of acceleration, if it stutters or feels like it may shut down, ask for another.
Make sure there is a contract, people usually sign waivers, but take a few minutes to read it and know places that are off limits, liabilities and your rights as a consumer.
All is good in Acapulco, sun is shining, the pretty ladies are all over the place and the beer is cold.
