Ok, so let me get this right; so we can start planning out the details, have the driver take you parasailing, meet with Jovita at my office and then head out shopping, then to the home?
k, doable, only issue is that you will pay for the driver to get to the parasailing and back to the office. After you meet up with Jovita, the van is all yours, we will pay the fare from that point on.

Sounds wonderful Roberto, just need to know how much cash to bring to pay the driver to the beach and back, and if possible about how much the boat driver charges to parasail. We would also like to tip the Driver who takes us shopping and such in the afternoon, will that be ok ????
Also, as some of us leave the ship, we would like to drop off some beach toys at your office if thats possible ???

I still can't confirm my assistance, but, I will pay for the van to take you shopping, to the home and then small city tour and get back to the ship say 6 or 7pm.

Then the 4 of us are going back to the port to meet Jovita, go shopping, visit the Orphanage, and small city tour and back to the port There are others parasailing but they are going with the city tour people I believe, but not with us. $55 USD per person for transport/parasailing/small tour of Acapulco/back to ship
$35USD per person for transport/parasailing/back to ship
$10 USd per person transport/back to ship

And all of them depart from land, cash is paid to the operator that will coordinate everything before hopping on the van, no advance deposit required.
The rest that will not go out can meet me on the pier and we wait for the you guys at my office.

Ok, I will Jovita with me on the pier for a meet and greet, since there will other tours to be arranged; I will have her walk with you back to the office to pick up her truck and you can board the van. As soon as all tours are out, I'll call her to see where you guys are at and try to catch up in my car.
