    Hi Lulu!

Thank you for sharing your story. I think there are many people who could learn some of your tips as well who are also watching their diet because of Type II Diabetes. Anything you'd like me to focus on or tips to include, please send my way!

    Best,
    Abby

Ditto from my wife. She just discovered this about 3 months ago and this will be our first cruise where she has to watch herself. But with so many good things on the menu and at the buffet, it should not be too hard (She can have carbs as long as she balances them out with an equal amount of protein. It was what our doctor suggested, and it is working)

Neal, that's basically what I do! It works! No meds, just a balanced diet for me.

Tell Deb I feel sure she won't have a problem ... especially on Celebrity where the food is good!

She knows it! But thanks for the concern. Me? I am going to feast on the smoked salmon every day.
