Those were actually my words. Before it was over, they asked for a to write up something about your store and yourslef for them to use if you won. I say that 'cranky old lady' thing jokingly sometimes, and I wrote it down. and they ended up using it!

Cruise Ready Store News for our Canadian friends:

As of today, I now have it set up so that shipping charges to Canada will automatically be added to your order at checkout, instead of the buyer having to message me for shipping charges on the particular item they are interested in buying.

And even better . . .

MOST things in the store ship to Canada for less than $1.79 per item... with many,many being under $1 US...

There are a few heavy, bulky, or fragile items that are way over that, but I'd estimate that these things account for less than 10% of the almost 250 items (and growning) in the store.

I am working on developing a line of shirts that (I hope) will have a special appeal to cruisers. It's a slow process... my goal is one to two new shirt designs per month until I have a good variety for folks to choose from.

The Ahoy shirt (above) is the second one I've introduced this month, with the Compass Points T Shirt being the first.

Last month, it was the Aqua Dolphin Embellished Tee and the PInk Scoop Neck Tee with Rhinestone Anchor . (At least I think those were both last month... time flies!)

It''s incredibly time consuming to come up with a new idea and THEN to get it onto a shirt in some form that resembles the original idea!
