Lots of great places to eat on Maui. We stayed in the Kapalua area. There's a Roy's there and another great restuarant right next door (can't remember the name). In addition, there's several good restaurants in Lahaina and don't forget Mama's Fish House as you begin the road to Hana.

I just got back from there. Sarento's on the Beach in Kehei was our favorite. Its right on the beach and we were lucky enough to catch a great sunset and whales!

David Paul's is excellent in Lahaina, but very expensive.

Kimo in Lahaina is not bad, but has also a great view if you get the upstairs deck tables. If you are inside it's kind of blocked off.

Casual dining by The Whaler Shops in Lahaina includes Hula Grill. Leilani's was also good and gave you two choices. Downstairs is more casual grill style and you are outside on the beach. Upstairs is more formal and has some balcony seats but more tables inside.

You can't go wrong with the food in Hawaii. No matter where you eat. The Mahi Mahi is great. Our favorite restaurant was the Tropica. Located along the beach and in the Westin Hotel. We tried many places along the beach for a great sunset view. Can't remember the names but had great food. Friends stayed in the Kaanapali Shores area. I believe we stayed in the Lahaina area.

Just and FYI. If you do the road to Hana, Start very early(6-7am) and take plenty of water for the trip. And have a full tank of gas.

Went to Old Lahaina Luau on Maui...great time and food and entertainment. A bit pricey but well worth it.

If you can only go to one place while in Maui, go to Mama's Fish House (in Paia) or Nick's Fish Market (in Wailea at the Fairmont KeaLani)

You can never go wrong at the Ruth's Chris, either.

This is a great Luau to attend. Yes, pricey but worth every penny. Take a good camera or a video camera. We recorded the show after dinner. Man can the Hawaiian woman dance.

Hi Misty, We are also going there when we vacation in Maui next Feb/Mar. I've heard good things about it

We're also going to the Lahaina Luau. I researched them and it looked to be the best. Will you be there long enough?
