Thread: Mariner Price Warning!!!

I found this info and I thought I'd give a heads up to everyone here.

"I just wanted to let anyone know that if you made category changes or price changes on the upcoming Pacific Northwest Mariner cruises that you will have given up your OBC and FCC.

I was told initially that if I switched to the special promotional pricing I would loose my OBC and FCC. However changing to the standard rates does not affect OBC and FCC status.

So last night the standard rates went down and I changeed to an E1. I was told my OBC and FCC would still be there.

I called today to verify through the special assistance number and was told I had lost my OBC and FCC. After being on the phone with resolutions for hours. They changed me back to my original category and said I would get my OBC and FCC. So I am back in my interior room instead of the balcony.

I am not trying to bash RCCL but just frusturated I was told so many different things. Is there anyone I can escalate this issue to? I dont know who to contact at corporate. I am glad I called back or I would have showed up to find no OBC and FCC."

Don't you just HATE it when you can't get a straight answer!

Sounds typical. Ask three people and get three different answers.

That wasn't my post, it was one I found "somewhere else". I just wanted people to know that if they made category changes or price changes on the upcoming Mariner PNW cruises, that they will give up their OBC and FCC. It seems that RCI is not making that clear to people when they call.


And you know I always use Reggie as my TA.
