I'm getting ready to book this cruise and was wondering if there might be anyone else who's cruising then too.

DH and I will be on this cruise, hopefully. Have you heard of all the engine problems for the past couple of weeks?

We were on the Maasdam last Feb...we had fun but encountered rough seas on the way down to the Caribbean from Norfolk. Thankfully, we had no mechanical problems. The ship is quaint and the service was wonderful, a la HAL. I especially liked the photography staff... I wish you a very fun cruise!!

Has anyone stayed on the lower promenode deck outside on Maasdam?
How is the Maasdam? I will be cruising Nov. 2007 and would like currant review of this ship.
