Kudos to you Cindy!
We had planned to do a similar itinerary a few years ago, but we had a chance to see the Black Sea that we couldn't pass up, and had to give this up. After seeing your pics though, I will have to talk DH into booking this again!

I was reading somewhere that between the Norwegian, Alaskan and Chilean fjords, the Chileans are the best to see. Have you seen all 3? Were they right?

You are more than welcome for anything I can help with.

I've never cruised the Norwegian fjords, so cannot comment on them. The Chilean fjords are amazing and there are many breathtaking sights, ie fjords, volcanoes, wildlife, etc in Chile and Argentina. I would do this cruise over again in a hearbeat. LOL Now, if you were to ask me about the glaciers, Alaska's glaciers win handsdown. LOL But, there were so many awe inspiring sights in Chile and Argentina, it is well worth the money. The wildlife we saw was worth it to me.

I hope you do talk DH into doing a similar cruise sometime. You'll love it.

I have acually been to all of those fjords.

In my opinion the Norwegian and New Zealand fjords are the most serene, they are pure beauty. Alaska is more rugged. The Chillian fjords are something inbetween the Norwegian fjords and Alaska.
Cindy is right, the glaciers in Alaska are the most impressive.
I suppose you have to see them all and compare yourself It would make for some memorable cruises.
