Thread: From the Observation Lounge — where is (Bill Laverty) Bill & Paulette today?

On Friday Bill and Paulette leaves Miami for a transatlantic cruise ending in Harwich (UK). They are staying with the ship and doing a Baltic cruise making a perfect back to back cruising experience.

Due to my forthcoming absence this thread has been submitted early.

I know Bill and Paulette are probably getting the last minute things together and are on pins and needles waiting till Friday!

Hoping Bill and Paulette are having a great cruise, unfortunately I cannot get a fix on Jewel f the Seas,

This is another cruise with LOTS of sea days! I just love those sea days I know Bill and Paulette will be relaxing and enjoying being on the ocean.


I'm putting out a call for help
My desk top computer died and I'm using our little 10 inch netbook for the next couple of weeks till Dell replaces this lemon of a machine that has had the mother board, memory and hard drive replaced since I got it 3 months ago

PLEASE chime in with any comments, and photos to make this (and the other Observations going on while Norman is away) great observation threads! I am limited in what I can do...don't have the programs on this little toy of a computer!

The Jewel of the Seas is now in Freeport, Bahamas.
Very pleasant weather conditions right now. It's not too hot!

Hopefully, this bodes well for Bill and Paulette when they join the Jewel of the Seas to start their voyage across the Atlantic tomorrow.

Bill and Paulette are on their way They left yesterday for their transatlantic and their first stop will be ...drum roll...Ponta Delgada! All of the TAs we are following are stopping there!

Bill and Paulette have joined the caravan of ships heading over to Europe! They have a few sea days ahead of them and I hope they are all smooth!

Like most of the other ships, the Jewel of the Seas will make first landfall at Ponta Delgada.

Jewel of the Seas had made some progress across the North Atlantic.
