Did they have the buffet for every lunch service or was it part of the new, once pr. cruise, "Gala Brunch" where they have a buffet and a menu??

On Navigator of the Seas they had the buffet and menu each time the Nutcracker was open for lunch. If I remember correctly it was brunch on Jewel of the Seas.
