Is this something new? Sounds a little scary, but also sounds like something you wouldn't soon forget. I think I may try to work up the nerve . . . If we EVER get to Labadee, that is .
Come test the tradewinds on Labadee's Dragon's Breath Flight Line. After a flight briefing and orientation, test your mettle on our shorter "Little Dragon" flight line. Then experience a short drive in our custom-made safari vehicles to the take-off point for the Dragon's Breath, 500 feet above the beaches of Labadee. At over 2,600 feet long, this is the longest flight line in the world over water. Enjoy breathtaking views, as you zip down the flight line at speeds of 40-50 mph. Your flight lands at Dragon's Breath Rock where your adventure began
Would sure love to hear from anyone who has actually done this.
Anyone?
I am going at the end of March, I am thinking about this or para sailing, I am not 100% sure yet. If I do this and no one has reported i will tell you how awesome it is.
Personally it looks like something for people who like to do stupid stuff for adrenalin, like me
Personally, I am usually quite timid . . . not the type looking for a 'rush' or extreme anything. Too chicken to try parasailing . . . But there's something rather enticing about this somehow... Don't know what it is.

I took a better look at the picture to see the harness, it seems very safe, maybe that is why. That and I bet the views are amazing, they say you go right over the ocean. The prices are just insane though, 70$ for a few minute flight.
Maybe if I save enough I will just do both . Para-sailing seems a little scary, but also looks like such fun!!
Yes - It is expensive...
Going over the water is appealing to me, too.
Most things involving water usually are - but, normally it's thinds done IN the water that I find irresistable..

I agree! At 70$ a shot for both, I might do only the parasailing. My G/F wants to see if we could do tandem.
I have 6 months to think about it. At this point I am being cheap ; but I might say what the heck on board and sign up for both... But I do want some time to enjoy the beach also..
And SOMEDAY you will retire, and will want some then, too!
LOL,I have a 401K with about a buck in it... That will last right LOL...
On a serious note I do plan to take economic classes such as Macro Economics. So, I can try and make some of my own investments and not rely on 401k & retirement pay.
I am a 29 year old college student. Makes me wish I did not screw around when I was 18 and listen to my father because I have hardly any credits. But, I will get it done, I actually feel good about myself. It is never to late
