Hi Reggie,

I was with the group Tammy was in and will tell you the dining reservations were all messed up. Six of our friends were put on main dining together and decided to stay there because we all couldn't be together. Tammy and Kim were switched to late as we did when we noticed someone had changed ours the week before to main and we never do main. The four of us were not together in late. Tammy and Kim were at a table for 10 and Thom and I were at a table for four. The couple at our table nicely agreed to move to a table for two so Tammy and Kim could join us. We missed being with our friends at main dining because we only see them once a year. This also changed their time for returning to the ship on port days. Royal Caribbean has messed up our dining arrangements for the last three cruises we have been on! They need to get their act together or they will lose return customers.

There was a big Usana group <over 800> on this cruise who all had late dining and large groups sitting together so guess they were more important than we were! Guess next time we need to book together and try for a group rate and hope that puts us all at the same seating and the same table... Just a little rant but had to reply to your question.

I know what you mean. They gave me a run around just trying to link the others that were traveling with Kim and Tammy. They kept telling me they were on a different seating. Now I know why as they were being switched by RCCL.

That's why it would have been better if it was a group booking as I would have had control over all of the bookings and could have kept on top of what they were doing and pulled the pit bull act on them.
