So glad to hear that you had a great time in Rome, Alisa. We are very much looking forward to our 3 day pre-cruise trip to Rome. Good to hear you didn't have any bad experiences while you were there.

We are planning to do our visits with help of the Rick Steve's book. We may join a guided tour for the Vatican Museum.

what hotels did you use, and did you like them?

I'll be doing 1 night post-cruise in Rome in March - should come back with lots-o-pictures
