Can anyone suggest a company for transfers is Rome. Good service at a reasonable price.

Transfer from the Airport to City Centre and the City Centre to the Port.

I believe that taxi's are regulated in Rome. From the airport (Leonardo da Vinci) to any point in the city is no more than 50 euros.
There are options and websites I find helpful is To and From the Airport.com and
http://www.rometoolkit.com/airport/fiumicino_airport_taxi.htm
and then there are the limo services such as Rome Limousine Tours from Rome Limousine Service, Inc.

Mick, look in my signature and you'll see a section for our upcoming cruises. Click on the Equinox TA and when that website appears, click on Rome on the map. You'll see all kinds of links to transportation and tours in Rome. I hope this helps.

rome transfers

If you aren't set on a private transfer and want to save a few bucks, you can take a train from the airport to the Termini Station, from there you can catch another train to Civitavecchia and either walk from the station to the port or get a cab there.
We just returned from Rome and paid 5 Euros for the train to Termini from Civitavecchia.
Feel free to ask if you have other questions.
