Thread: Statement on Cruise Calls to Israel

In response to recent inquiries, we would like to clarify why we cancelled the Pacific Princess' call to Ashdod, Israel on June 2. The ship did call at Haifa, Israel the previous day on June 1....

i suggest that due to a none safe security activities in the area you have spent extra day in haifa instead?!
landing in Ashdod was taking the risk since the port of Ashdod is about 20Km from Gaza!
it might take a little longer about 45 minutes longer lo to arrive to Jerusalem from Haifa, but this should not create any obstacles visiting Jerusalem the dead sea Etc.
