Have never done this route. Most of our cruises have been in the Caribbean. I hope you know what you are getting into...
Prepare to be addicted to crusing. There is no cure for this addiction other than booking another cruise and reading these boards in between cruises.

Incidentally, you can put $100 down towards a future booking while you are onboard, which they can hold for up to 4 years and they will give you onboard credit.
Friends around the world, isnt the web great!

Hi Cruise Lover, how can you be a newbie cruiser with all those cruises you have done? I am getting more excited as the time draws closer to our cruise but my head is in a bit of a spin just thinking about all the prep.

    Gilly.

I've been on three Princess ships so far (Star, Sapphire and the Island) but the closest I've been to that area is Hawaii. If you want to get an idea about Princess, please read my trip report

    http://www.cruiselineforums.com/foru...-1-6-06-a.html

it'll give you an idea of some of the activities, etc. on a 15-day cruise.
