Thread: Hello Everyone!

Hi my name is Mahmut and im glad i have found this site! I actually have a question more like any advise now i have applied for Starboard Cruise Services which basically is the world's largest and leading onboard retailer, offering cruise ship exclusive mercandises etc etc etc i have a test day which is on Feb 15th and im so nervous reason that im extreamly nervous is firstly i really want this job i have a very big passion for cruiseships since i was a toddler secondly is i really think working in any cruiseship would be a dream come true for anyone you get too see amazing places you get too meet new peolpe learn new cultures the list goes on coming back to my exam day im currently in Turkey i was born in Australia but live in Turkey for now my parents are Turkish well we have an american guy coming from Starboard Cruises to exam us the exam will take up too 8hours as been told i basically want any information regarding the exam day what to except what to say what not to say how do act how to really pass lol there will be group activities etc etc so if anyone out there went went through this stage i would be delighted to talk to them thanks guys

Welcome to the site, it is very friendly here. If someone can answer your question they will. I can't tell from your e-mail whether you would be working on cruise ships or dealing with supplying them with merchandise. An eight hour interview suggests you might be working on them and they are trying to judge how you will get on in that type of job. how well you work with other people etc. I always find the best advice is to be yourself and let your passion shine through.
