Tim - I've been working here for just a few weeks, and I've had one ship visit already (the Prinsendam when it was docked in Bristol). Strangely enough, I've never cruised before, but I'm literally surrounded by a load of others who are regular cruisers, so I'm learning something new everyday. And you can imagine, spending so much time in this environment, I'm desperate to take my family on a cruise now!

I'm here to learn much more, and if there are any questions, I usually just bounce them around the office if I don't know the answer. Bound to be someone here who has sailed on a certain ship, or visited a certain port.
