    Hello, I'm new!

So I just joined and am introducing myself. My husban and myself are looking for our very first cruise-hopefully during our 10th wedding anniversary in January 2012. We would like to take our children who will be 12 and 9 at the time.

I am so overwhelmed at the information and hope I can figure out where and what line shortly. So many choices it is almost too much. I don't have a travel agent and there isn't one in my town that I am aware of so I am doing this solo so far...!

    Thinking:
    Carribean
    5-7 days
    ?

aboard. I hope you find a cruise that fits you! Ask any questions on our site and you will get an answer. Try not go into cruising blind. There is so much to learn.

I would suggest going for a 7 day rather than a 5 day. With a 7 day you have far more options (as if you need more....) and can generally find a better selection of ships.

With two kids I would suggest either Carnival or Royal Caribbean but Princess and Celebrity might be other options depending upon what you like.

What do you like and what are you looking for?
