We did this twice, except we did 3 day WDW, and 4 day cruise.

First, you did the right thing by sailing after doing WDW. We were exausted trying to cram everything into four parks in three days.

Our first time, we went 9/12/02, and the parks were EMPTY. So we got to go on EVERYTHING without having to wait on any lines. It spoiled us when we went back in 3/04, with the rest of the extended family. So we just picked and choose while they were trying to get everything in.

There are nmany tours to chose from in Nassau. Just find one that suits you. We simply took a cab over to the Atlantis, and walked around freely.

We saved our beachtime for Castaway Cay. What a place that is!
