When I prebooked on Carnival they charged me right away with the option to cancel 48hrs before the excursion. On NCL they put the charges on my ship account which I preferred.

Sue, just a quick FYI. We missed a port during one of our cruises and the prepaid charges we made to a local tour agent were refunded. Most of the good tour companies want to be helpful and if your ship misses the port, they want to keep you happy.

If I don't know the answer I'm fairly certain I can find it.
