Thread: New Brit has found her way in!

Hi everyone! This looks like a really vibrant community and I'm glad that I've found you all! Russell & I have become completely addicted to cruising over the past 5 years. We started on P&O, had a bit of a dalliance with Cunard, but are now firm fans of Princess and Celebrity. We've even started our own website to try and help people like us find great alternatives to those wildly expensive ships tours. Our 1st cruise was on Aurora - we were dragged on kicking and screaming by Russell's parents - and found that we loved it! Then we went on Arcadia & again had a great time. We worked our way through Oceana, Oriana and another trip on Aurora - but felt that none of them were as lovely as it used to be. We couldn't decide if our tastes had changed, or if standards had slipped. The formal nights had started to feel a bit stuffy, the buffets were definitely slipping, the entertainment was a bit New Faces in the 70s. We celebrated our wedding on the QE2 which was in a different class - although the cabins were looking rather shabby. Then we went on Princess and Celebrity and it was like a breath of fresh air - I think we just like the American way!
You're obviously a P&O fan - what do you think?

I like p&o but i must say cunard and celebrity have my vote at the moment, I do believe p&o are taking
the loalty of past passengers for granted and are cutting back alot also the prices are not that good
compared with other lines
