Hey samelliot. Thought it might be a good idea to introduce myself here. Im probably the least experienced cruiser on this site due to the fact ive never been on one! however I do have a passion for the ships so that counts me as a cruiseline fan

My main interest is the Princess line however all of carnival's brands are of importance to me as I have just succesfully been offered employment as an engineer officer cadet on the emerald princess! toot toot

to you, too. We have plenty of members who have yet to gone on their first cruise. In fact, many are hopefully asking questions of the cruising vets here to help them enhance their cruising experience when it's their turn to board the ship.

I hope you can let us know about your experiences on the Emerald. Have you talked to your new boss about whether you can post or not?

Hi Sam, welcome to the site! Lots of friendly people here.

I'm a boat fan too; almost any boat, anywhere. I like cruises in part because I'm on a ship that is so big it couldn't have been built in any other age. Tall ship sailing is another matter entirely; we have gone out on tall ships for day cruises and really enjoy it.
