The Carribean is a great choice, especially if you like snorkeling, beach days, island life, etc. There are several port cities for the Carribean so you can check out the airfares to those gateway cities. We have cruised the Carribean from Port Canaveral, Miami and Fort Lauderdale, but there's a port in Tampa, New Orleans and someplace in Texas as well (can't remember!) Are there any things your wife likes to do that you would like to include? Some cruise lines do some things better than others.
