I take dramamine or bonine along for possible sea sickness. If you are taking lorazepam just for motion sickness, I would dump it as it is a controlled substance, addicting, and dangerous. Dramamine and bonine are safer. I would be hard pressed to ever take ANY Benzodiazapines. JMO
