My name is Pete, and we live in ND. Not because we love the weather...but because we relocated here for my job. I work for the Dept of Defense as a Firefighter/Rescue/EMT. I've been loving my career since 1982, and I've done it in other states besides here. I work side by side with US Air Force troops, and love the Military. Many of my friends and family are in/or are going to Iraq & Afghanistan. I am very patriotic, and have previously served in the USAF for 5 years myself. While I don't love war, I support our country...and have devoted my life to it.

I'm happily married to Cindy, to whom I married directly out of high school. We have two children (26 & 23 years old), and one grandchild that we spoil silly.

We took our first cruise in 1999 on Enchantment of the Seas...and we were hooked! Since then, we have done 6 cruises on RCI, Princess, and Carnival. We have always cruised with a bunch of our family and friends...the more the merrier I always say! Our favorite lines are Princess and RCI...but we haven't hit them all yet!

I'm very active in internet forums, I moderate several, and have for many years. I love the sharing of knowledge, experience, making new friends, and having fun! Forums are great for that. This past year at CFreekF has been weird, but I've met a lot of great new people that I can now call...my friends. We came to CLF in a group, and were welcomed with open arms.

My screen name is NDJollyMon...and here is why:
ND...where we live.
I'm a huge Jimmy Buffett music fan...and we are called..."Parrotheads". Jolly Mon is a song of Jimmy's that I like about the islands...hence my nickname. (I like to know why people choose their screenames!)

I used to be Lordoftime in the other dimension we shared for a while.
The name is derived from the British TV series Doctor Who , he was a Timelord.
