Thread: 1st time cruiser

Hello, I am also a first time cruiser. I am leaving our of Cape Liberty in Bayonne, NJ on 7-23-09 until 8-1-09 a Royal Caribbean 10 day Bermuda Caribbean Cruise. We are a family of 4...my husband (celebrating 20 years of marriage) our two sons 17 and 13 will be joining us. Everyone is so excited. We will be cruising to Bermuda, St. Thomas, St. Maarten & Puerto Rico (which is where we are from..raised in New Jersey...up until 5 years ago where we bought a home and reside in Catasauqua, PA).

Any suggestions anyone...on excursions for all of us...the boys, my husband and I are so excited....this trip is costing us about $6,200.00...the last time we have been on vacation as a family was to Punta Cana, Domincan Republic 7 years ago...we are all due for a vacation. We have always travelled up until the boys started to get really serious about Baseball and so it was vey hard as they are good in Baseball and always made the playoff and championship games...it was hard to tear them away from that.....we are this year though.....I need a vacation very bad.....we both work really hard and need an incentive every year.... A VACATION!

Any suggestions on do's and don'ts?
