Welcome!!!! I completed my maiden cruise last August (on Royal Caribbean's Sovereign of the Seas), and will be going on my second one this May (which will also be my honeymoon!!!) on Carnival.

Having BEEN a 17 year old boy (and still one at heart), I can tell you that ANY excursion that involves being underwater is ALWAYS a good bet for the boys! Swimming with dolphins, snorkelling, riding wave-runners or even the personal sub afventures are things that they will be talking about for YEARS, while you and your husband relax on a beach, or take in the sights! Trust me, there will be PLENTY of things to choose from, and the excursions are really well-orchestrated!

As Char suggested, you may find TONS of suggestions here on this site, and you will find shore-excursion planning tools on the RCI website, which will give your family PLENTY to discuss, and create enough excitement to last a dozen lifetimes!

Here's to YOUR maiden cruise!!! May you be hooked for life!!!
    Jonathan
