    New Princess Cruiser

    Good Afternoon Everyone-
My wife and I are new to cruising-just booked Caribbean Princess 6/24/09 out of N.Y.C. to Eastern Caribbean- 9 days. Any tips that would make our vacation more enjoyable would be greatly appreciated.

Welcome to CLF, I am a Princess lover. My first suggestion is to come in at least a day early and get insurance for flights, hotel and cruise. If anything should go wrong you will be covered. You are going to love it, 9 days, awesome
Some people try to turn back their odometers. Not me! I want people to know why I look this way. I've traveled a long way, and some of the roads weren't paved.

Hey floatingwood! Welcome to our friendly cruise community!

A first cruise is always so special! It is the one you will judge all future cruises by. I suggest that you visit our Princess forum and ask any questions about the ship and cruise line there. Here is the link--> Princess Cruise Line

For information about your ports of call you can check out our Cruise Places. Here is the link--> Cruise Places

Have fun exploring! If you need any help just holler and someone will come to the rescue!

As Char suggests, don't hesitate to ask any questions you have and we'll try to help. There's many of us who have been on Princess and love going on their ships.

Having been on the Caribbean Princess, I can tell you that you will love this ship! We thoroughly loved our cruise on her and would love to sail on her again sometime.

There were 10 of us (family and friends) and all agreed it was a wonderful cruise.

We really liked the aft pool, which unlike other Princess ships, is under the nightclub so it provides shade most of the day. This is great for those of us who don't want to cook in the sun.

We've also been to all the ports you'll be visiting, with the exception of Grand Turk, so if you have any questions about the ship or the ports, please ask away.
