Hi there,

I have been around this site but have gone for awhile... I apologize.
I had a year off from cruising as we were all in college and internships so we
could not fit a cruise into our schedules!!
We will be heading to the Southern Caribbean in Jan 2009 on NCL Gem...am quite excited to go on one of the new ships...
we have done the western side and have also been to Mexico minus a cruise ship so have knowledge of those islands.
I was also stationed in Puerto Rico so have gone to most of the countries on that side minus a cruise ship so this will be our first time, exciting to go to some new places like Antigua and Barbados, we had neighbors in Puerto Rico that were from there and they had told us how pretty it was there so now we can experience it on our own!!

It is nice to see that there are more people using this site!!

Hey Janymac! Welcome back!

We have grown a lot since you were last here!

We are one of the fastest growing cruise forums on the internet....not to mention the friendliest!

Roam around and see the changes---see if there is a roll call for your upcoming cruise and if not, then start one! You never know who might be sailing with you.

Thanks so much for my warm welcome back, it much appreciated. I have started a roll call for my next cruise and have asked a few questions, thanks for the quick responses, especially the St Thomas ones as I now know I have seven ships in port the same day we are there!!! Wowee!! is an understatement.....
We have been there many times but this is the first on a cruise ship so we shall see how it is tendering in and trying to get a taxi to Coki for scuba diving at 1 pm!!
It will be a close call....
